Subscription Rules
Payments are recurring and will be automatically charged every 4 weeks. To pause or cancel, notify at least 15 days before the start of the new billing cycle.
Training walks: 45 min. The trainer works directly with your dog; you are not present for the session.
Coaching sessions: 1 hr, the dog guardian is being trained to handle the dog. If you can’t attend your coaching session, you can convert it to a training walk.
All sessions must take place during the billing cycle. Sessions can’t be rescheduled or rolled over to the next cycle/month.
All sessions are scheduled at the beginning of the training program, so your time slot can be reserved. The session will happen on the same day/time each week. A 2-hour window will be assigned for training walks. Coaching sessions are scheduled at an exact time.
In the event of bad weather (heat waves, atmospheric rivers, etc.), the session may be shortened or held indoors. During extreme weather conditions when the “shelter in place” advisory is in effect, walks can be canceled without makeup.
No walks on federal holidays.
