In general, services provided by Pintar Dog Training are non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply. For more details on the policies, please read below.
Rescheduling & late cancellation fees
The reason we charge a cancellation fee is that when you cancel at the last minute, there is no way for us to fill your slot with someone else, and the trainer loses the income for that day.
Training & walking appointments:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment, otherwise, you will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Pet sitting:
Pet sitting & pet boarding cancellation fees range from 20% to 100%. The fee depends on how far in advance you cancel and whether we can fill your slot with other appointments for that day.

Refunds
Most services provided by Pintar Dog Training are non-refundable, with some exceptions, for more details see below.
Non-refundable:
Training sessions and any services that are completed are non-refundable.
Training packages with expiration are non-refundable after the expiry dates.
All same-day cancellations are not refundable.
All training and walking services bought as a package are not refundable.
All subscriptions and recurring payments are non-refundable after the payment is processed.
All online courses and digital products are non-refundable after you are sent access to learning materials.
Boarding and doggy daycare booked for holidays are not refundable.
All training programs (i.e. Puppy Program, Behavior Modification, Separation Anxiety etc) after the second day of the service are no longer refundable.
Refundable, but terms apply:
Services that can be fully refunded if canceled in advance:
- fully refunded if canceled at least 48 hours in advance: initial assessment sessions and follow-up training sessions.
- fully refunded if canceled at least 2 weeks in advance: boarding & pet sitting
All services are non-transferable
All the services provided by Pintar Dog Training are non-transferable.
This means you can’t transfer your unused sessions or services to another person. All the sessions follow a certain plan and exercise progress from one level to the next. For a new person to take on, they have to start from the initial session and continue from there.
Freeze on programs
If you are participating in a weekly or monthly program (both offline and online), in case of an emergency we suggest pausing your program. You can take time to deal with the emergency, get your things together, decompress, and get back to the program right where we left it.
You can utilize one freeze per program. Freeze has to be less than 6 months.
When you return after pause the program will restart where we left it. If you need to restart from the beginning, you will need to book extra sessions.
Processing time for refunds
Upon receipt of your refund request, we may take up to 5 business days to review your case. Once a decision is made, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days. The exact timeframe depends on your payment method and bank. We commit to processing your refund, given approval, within 7 business days.
