In general, services provided by Pintar Dog Training are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled within a certain time window. Otherwise, cancellation fees may apply. By booking a service, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy, which is:
Rescheduling & Cancellation fees
Dog training appointments
To reschedule your appointment to another day, please reach out at least 7 days prior. Your time slot is reserved for you, and offering it to another client requires ample time.
Cancellations made the same week as the appointment or within 6 days of the appointment are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Monthly walking & training subscriptions
For all the recurring services, we reserve the time slot for each client, and no one can book that time/day. For this reason, once your monthly bill is charged, rescheduling or cancellations are not possible.
If your dog can’t attend their walk or day training session on that day, that day can’t be rescheduled or made up another time.
To make changes to your subscription, please notify us at least 2 weeks before the new billing cycle begins. If you need to pause your subscription, the same rule applies: please notify us 2 weeks before the start of the new cycle.
Pet sitting & boarding
Pet-sitting and pet-boarding cancellation fees range from 20% to 100%. Since we board/sit only one dog at a time, once your booking is confirmed, we will deny any other boarding requests. So when you cancel, we may not be able to find a replacement in such a short time.
Cancellations within 3 weeks of the start date and during major federal holidays are not refundable.
Further notice cancellations (at least 3 weeks in advance) are charged with 20% cancellation fee.
Refunds
Most services provided by Pintar Dog Training are non-refundable and non-transferable, with some exceptions. For more details, see below.
Non-refundable:
Any service that is completed or past the rescheduling window can’t be refunded.
Training packages with expiration dates are non-refundable after the expiry dates.
All training and walking services purchased as a package are non-refundable.
All subscriptions and recurring payments are non-refundable after the payment is processed.
All online courses and digital products are non-refundable once your order is processed and you have been granted access to the learning materials.
Boarding and doggy daycare booked for holidays are not refundable.
All training programs (i.e., Puppy Program, Behavior Modification, Separation Anxiety, etc.) after the first session are no longer refundable.
All services are non-transferable
All the services provided by Pintar Dog Training are non-transferable.
This means you can’t transfer your unused sessions or services to another person. All the sessions follow a customized training plan, and the exercises progress from one level to the next. For a new person to take on, they have to start from the initial session and continue from there.
Processing time for refunds
Upon receipt of your refund request, we may take up to 5 business days to review your case. Once a decision is made, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a set number of days. The exact timeframe depends on your payment method and bank. We commit to processing your refund, given approval, within 7 business days.
