Pay for coaching sessions

All sessions are 1-hour long. For returning clients and those who have completed an initial consultation only. Training packages are time-limited; unused sessions will expire.

Coaching packages

Training Packages Policy

Package Expiration: 4 sessions: 2 months | 6 sessions: 3 months | 8 sessions: 4 months | 12 sessions: 5 months. Unused sessions expire after the time limit.

Session Length: 60 minutes. If you arrive late, the session will end as scheduled. If you or your dog cannot participate for the full hour, the session will end early without a makeup.

Homework: Each session includes training exercises and recommendations. Failing to complete homework hinders progress and may require purchasing additional sessions.

Scheduling: All sessions are scheduled upfront according to the training plan on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence (unless specified otherwise).

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Must be made at least 5 days in advance. No makeups or rescheduling for late cancellations.

Emergency Cancellation: One penalty-free emergency cancellation (illness, dog emergency, unexpected travel) is offered per package. Further cancellations count as missed sessions.

Weather: Outdoor sessions impacted by extreme weather (heavy rain, excessive heat) will be rescheduled at no penalty or converted to a virtual session.

Safety Disclosure: History of bites or severe aggression must be disclosed prior to training to implement proper safety protocols.

Refunds: No refunds for purchased packages or unused sessions.

Media Release: Sessions are filmed (photo/video) for educational or marketing purposes. Please notify us in writing before your first session if you wish to opt out.
